Size changes

- The change of size must be communicated via e-mail to YogaJungle (paula@yogajungle.es).

-The buyer will have a maximum period of 15 calendar days to request the change of size, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

-No changes in size of (pantiesUndies, thongs or similar)

- YogaJungle will take care of the collection of the product and undertakes to pay the shipping costs

-In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which modifies the rewritten text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Returns

- The return must be communicated via e-mail to YogaJungle (paula@yogajungle.es).

- The buyer will have a maximum period of 15 calendar days to request a refund, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

- No returns are allowed (pantiesUndies, thongs or similar)

- The refund of the order will be made within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of the return.

-YogaJungle will arrange for the collection of the product and undertakes to bear the cost of collection in Spain (Peninsula & Baleares) - Rest of Europe the cost will be cover by the costumer (cost might vary depends of each country)

Defective product

YogaJungle will be informed in case the product is not in perfect condition through the email address paula@yogajungle.es.

-YogaJungle undertakes to assume the cost of the return and shipping costs and to return the product for a new one (Spain & Rest of Europe)

-YogaJungle will take care of the collection of the product
